We were travelling from our home in Washington State to our grand-daughters graduation in Florida. We had a 100,000 mile service performed by our local mechanic prior to our leaving. As we were driving east of Price, our car began running rough, the check engine light came on and there were several malfunction messages flashing in our driver information center. We returned to Price and ended up at John's Auto Tech and Tire. Travis listened to our story and noted that the OBC code showed a cylinder misfire. He took the time for the job he was already working on and researched what might be wrong with our vehicle. He made a diagnosis. As he began to examine the coil pack on the number 4 cylinder he noted that the wires had not been firmly attached. A quick fitting of the connection and we were set to go. Total time was about fifteen minutes. When I asked what we owed, he stated nothing was owed as he had not done anything. As a retired couple traveling across the country he had made it possible to continue our trip. When the vehicle broke down, had visions of being at the mercy of a mechanic who would see the out of state plates and an old couple. The staff at John' s was courteous, professional, efficient, and compassionate, The town of Price Utah should be proud of this business.

I was traveling through the area when my AC broke down. John's got right on it by ordering a part that had to be brought out from SLC. They had me back on the road the very next day. Prices were very reasonable, everyone there was very knowledgeable, and they were so friendly. I highly recommend John's Auto Tech and Tire.

John's Auto Tech and Tire got us out of a tight spot. My wife and I were on a cross country move. We hit Price city limits and she began to hear grinding in her wheel well. She hobbled down the road to John's. They were kind enough to diagnose and repair the blown bearing in under an hour, let us park our monster of a moving truck/trailer out front, and even stopped to pet our dog. We are so grateful for their help. Without them we would have spent the night in Price and lost our deposit on that nights hotel.

Came thru Price Utah during a cross country drive. I was experiencing some sluggishness and loss of power coming thru the mountains. Called at arounfd 4:30 and was told they could look at it. Hooked it up to a monitor where everything checked out okay. Checked my fuek pressure which was okay also. Last resort....checked my just serviced transmission fluid. Did not regisster on the dipstick. Charged me $15 for a couple quarts. Definitely recommend!!!

Great service. I went here to get a full set of new tires. The price they quoted me on the phone was reasonable. I also had them check my alignment while they were at it. When the final price was calculated, it was less than I expected! And the woman handling the invoice also found a mail-in rebate that would apply to my tire purchase. What a deal! I will continue to take my vehicle to John's!

I was traveling through the area last Saturday when my car started sounding strange. We pulled into John's Auto Tech shop around 11:00 AM and asked if he could look at it. John stated that he was very busy, but took the time to ride with me in the car to determine the problem. He immediately diagnosed it as a broken CV axle. He recommended another shop that might have time to fix it, but when he called them and found they were closed. He checked to see if the part was available and when it was, offered to fit me in to his schedule, by delaying his lunch. My daughter and I walked down the street for lunch and within an hour he called telling us it was completed and we could get back on the road. He did an excellent job and charged about what I estimated it would be. I recommend John's Auto Tech shop.

There's this sweet little old lady that works at the front desk that is so helpful. And John is the nicest guy ever! He's always finding something to laugh about and be happy about. Just in the ten minutes I spent with him, I wished he was my grandpa! They're all really great there, and do lots of little things for you just from the bottom of their heart. I was taking the family on a trip to Goblin Valley when my tire light came on I went to check on it and saw a nail in my tire and heard air spewing. John's Auto Shop was the only one that was open. I went to John's Auto Tech and Tire on 02 April 2018 to do some scheduled maintenance on my 2012 Toyota Camry LE. I brought in the checklist from the owners manual and noted a few items I only wanted to be replaced if the tech thought it was necessary. I also had the tires balanced and rotated. I had arranged to get a ride from the shop once I completed the paperwork but I was pleasantly surprised when they offered to drive me back to work! That even gave me a bit of time to talk about some of the things I was concerned about with the technician. When I stopped by to pick up my vehicle the technician went over the checklist with me and even brought out the part he replaced to show me what was wrong with it. I thought the pricing was fair and was happy to pay for it. As a bonus the administrative person at the front desk has BEAUTIFUL handwriting. You'll want to frame your receipt and keytag!

My fiance and I were in bad need of an alignment and were traveling from Utah to Indiana. Being July 4th we couldnt find anyone open who could help, John was the only one we could find for hundreds of miles around. We called his shop and they told us to come on over. We got there and was greeted by John with a smile and he acted very concerned and even though we didnt make an appointment and he was really busy he fixed our alignment and for a good price. His staff was very friendly, we are so very grateful to have come by acrossed him. The tires are doing great and the steering is perfect, this man knows how to do an alignment.
